If the tilt mechanism on your size B Herman Miller Aeron chair is broken, our tilt replacement control will work. Chair function may differ from the original features on your Aeron chair.

This tilt is NOT an original Herman Miller Part. It has been designed to be a simple replacement for your broken Aeron tilt. It eliminates the need for replacement cables and gears. Please see bullets below:

Chair will still go up and down
Chair will lean backwards with adjustable tension
It will not lean forward if you had that feature
It will no longer do forward tilt lock
It will not lock the rear tilt
New gas cylinder required and included
Attaches with 4 bolts
No more cables
No more gears
Made for size B Aeron chairs and stools
Choose Normal Height or Stool Height
Installation instructions included
Stool Height Includes taller cylinder and Non-OEM footring
