This is replacement hardware for repairing a worn bearing and retaining assembly from the bottom of the chair lift on your Aeron office chair. This replacement chair shock bearing kit is also universal and will fit most office chairs.

If the bottom of your piston is shooting through the base of your chair and is dragging on the floor, then it's time for a new bearing assembly. This will work on virtually every chair pneumaic used for office chairs.
